Barbaricum: Army Picks Barbaricum, The Ravens Group for REF Professional Services Contract

The U.S. Army has selected two small businesses to provide professional services to the Rapid Equipping Force under a $49.9 million indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract.
