Santa Monica-based private equity investor Sole Source Capital said this week that one of its portfolio companies, Peak-Ryzex, has acquired Bar Code Direct, a value added reseller based in North Grafton, Massachusetts. Financial details of the transaction were not announced. Sole Source said the acquisition is the third, add-on acquisition it has made since acquiring Peak-Ryzex. Peak-Ryzex also acquired two other companies, Optical Phusion Inc. (OPI) and Inovity Inc., this year.
