Autodata: Thoma Bravo completes buyout of Autodata Solutions

Thoma Bravo has acquired Autodata Solutions Group, a provider of data, technology and marketing solutions for the automotive industry. No financial terms were disclosed. Kirkland & Ellis served as legal adviser to Thoma Bravo on the deal. RBC Capital Markets and KKR Capital Markets LLC provided financing for the transaction.
