Lonnie Johnson receives Preservation Dallas Achievement Award on May 11, 2011 for the project at 203 N. Willomet, the only award given for Residential Restoration/Rehabilitation of a historic residence. Diane Sherman, of David Griffin Realtors, was instrumental in promoting this Winnetka Heights property to the awards jury.
