An earth sciences and engineering consulting firm that employs 73 workers around the Pacific Northwest is opening a Portland office. Aspect Consulting LLC will initially employ two workers - engineering geologists Pete Stroud and Mark Swank - in the Rose City. It plans to soon add a third employee.
