Artisan Infrastructure: Austin software maker rebrands, adds employees through acquisition

Artisan Infrastructure LLC, a cloud-computing software and services provider, has acquired another Austin company and rebranded under a new name as Neverfail LLC. Austin-based Artisan Infrastructure bought Vertiscale Inc., a local developer of workspace-as-a-service technology for managed service providers, according to an Artisan Infrastructure announcement.
