Arepa Zone Blog Update and Trial Run

We submitted our paperwork about a month ago and the waiting game has been frustrating... our food truck has been ready and in DC for more than a month but we cannot operate without DC permits! We are getting much closer to opening, we have been talking with the folks at the Department of Health, but we are anxious to open and start taking advantage of the warmer days to come.
