Apex Geoscience: Braun Intertec acquires Apex Geoscience

Bloomington-based Braun Intertec has acquired Apex Geoscience, a Tyler, Texas-based provider of engineering, testing and environmental consulting services. The acquisition, which became effective Sept. 25, increases the Braun Intertec's presence in Texas and expands the company into Louisiana and Oklahoma, the company said in a press release.
