Nov. 17-ANDERSON - The Anderson Public Library board has hired a new director to begin work on Jan. 8. Sarah Later, who served as director for 20 years, resigned from the position in March. The board this week voted to hire Edra Waterman as the new director. Waterman is currently the director of the Hamilton East Public Library in Fishers and Noblesville.
