Although not common, new parts can fail immediately or soon after install / replacement. The picture above shows a faulty, brand new 15.6″ LED Screen that was installed on a laptop to replace a broken LCD from an accidental drop. Look closely, and you will notice a half inch, white vertical line on the left side of the LCD screen. We received a "lemon" brand new part from the manufacturer. Luckily, we have multiple LCD screens in stock, so our customer didn't have to wait until we received a replacement.
