Tracie brought her laptop in saying it was running slow, it would go online but when she tried to access her email it wouldn't allow her access to the email, and she was having unwanted popups. We ran the diag and this confirmed what we already knew ... Tracie's laptop had a virus. We removed the virus, did a pc tuneup and optimization and everything was working fine again.
