Christopher brought in an All-In-One computer and said he could not access the internet and also could not do Windows updates. We ran a diagnostic on Christopher's computer and frankly just running the diagnostic was a bit challenging. After trying a number of things that proved unfruitful we determined that we simply needed to wipe the hard drive clean and do a complete operating system reload ... which we did and this solved everything.
