I recently had a chance to be around people from many different nations... actually, 73 different countries. It was interesting to sit back and watch others and talk to them about how we all interact, how we lead, how we parent. So different! However, there was one thing we all had in common. It was a form of communication, and quite remarkably was actually in the same language. Not surprisingly, I noticed us all communicating it to each other, with similar responses.A simple smile, spoken to people from the farthest parts of the world, does so much to transfer a feeling of trust, happiness and acceptance than any spoken words. It was used by most all of us (with the exception of one guy) and is beautiful when sent by so many nations. How awesome to see. Great job everybody! Keep on smilin'.
