For the second year in a row, AU has earned a spot among the top 150 universities under 50 years within QS World University Rankings of the "Top 50 Under 50." Only 8 institutions in the UAE and a total of 13 universities in the Arab World earned a spot on the extended list, released in July 2019. "I am incredibly proud that AU continues to have a place in the top 150 universities under 50," said Chancellor Karim Seghir.
