Aegis Identity Software: Colorado software firm says merger with Hawaii company is dead

An Englewood, Colorado company that makes identity software for the education market said its merger with Hawaii software company Code Rebel Corp. is dead. Aegis Identity Software Inc. said its merger plans with Maui-based Code Rebel, announced in January, has been called off due to Code Rebel's problems.
