Intended for small, low-power applications, APE1913-3 comes in RoHS-compliant and halogen-free TSOT-23-5 package, has 2.6–5.5 V input range, and automatically switches from PWM to PFM during light load conditions to increase efficiency. Nominal operating frequency is 1.2 MHz, internal soft-start minimizes inrush current and extends battery life, and internal power MOSFET promotes efficiency.
