Advanced Integration Technology: Plano-based firm buys Boeing's robotics supplier

Key Boeing robotics supplier Kuka Systems Aerospace North America has been acquired by Plano, Texas-based Advanced Integration Technology, the companies announced. Advanced Integration Technology is also a Boeing supplier and a leading player in aerospace factory automation and robotics integration. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
