Advanced Integration Technology, LP: Onex Partners IV sells portion of AIT stake to Qatar Investment Authority - Private Capital Journal

Qatar Investment Authority (QIA) to acquire minority interest in Advanced Integration Technology LP (AIT) by way of primary investment and secondary purchase from Onex Corporation' Onex Partners IV and AIT's founding management team. The three parties will assume minority joint ownership of the company.
