Advanced Biofuels Association: ABFA files for injunction against EPA to prevent additional SREs

The Advanced Biofuels Association filed a motion for a preliminary injunction to prevent U.S. EPA from granting any additional SREs releasing obligated parties from compliance with RFS until the resolution of its pending lawsuit against the agency.
