Best Buy, one of the almost dead by the side of the road big box retailers has pulled off something remarkable - they grew - not just regular old grow, they shocked everybody with 17% online sales growth and 3.8% same store sales increase. In today's retail market where real growth is pretty flat, but online sales are sprouting, many retailers tout their growing online business as a key driver of growth, when it largely replacing that which was lost in comp store declines. Best Buy grew comp store sales and beat the overall online sales growth of 15.6%, however modestly.So what is the secret?
