ADA Solutions: Riverside acquires ADA as an add-on
The Riverside Company has acquired ADA Solutions, a provider of solutions for the visually impaired. No financial terms were disclosed. The transaction was an add-on acquisition for Riverside portfolio company SureWerx. Golub Capital provided debt financing for the deal.
