Abramson Brothers Incorporated recently brokered a 17,266 s/f deal for Jay Suites at 315 Madison Avenue. Alan and Adam Abramson of Abramson Brothers represented the landlord, while Sean Black of Jones Lang LaSalle represented the tenant.
