A Cincinnati-based developer plans to convert Franklin's A-Game Sportsplex into office space. The Tennessean reports that Al. Neyer has the property under contract from owner Sports Land Group LLC, and plans to spend up to $36 million converting the 175,000-square-foot building into office space.
