99 Cents Only: Former 99 Cents Only Store in Arden-Arcade to become Latino grocery store

Nearly a year since discount chain 99 Cents Only Stores filed for bankruptcy and began closing hundreds of locations, one in the Sacramento region is headed for a new retail use.
