Troy Allen and his Rise Brands LLC team plan to bring old-timey diversions such as duckpin bowling, shuffleboard and pinball to downtown Columbus with Pins Mechanical Co., a new $1.5 million entertainment venue/bar/eatery coming to 141 N.
